Other Thoughts : This solder has saved a couple of projects for me. Some I got the tape to wide or the gaps didn’t come together well. So I just add a design and you the quick set and voila it’s another beautiful piece! Very pleased with it.

Other Thoughts : I like this solder because of it low melt temp. Some of the things I make require different temps of solder. If I were to use a higher melting one at the last step of my project the whole thing would fall apart. This lets me add the finishing touches without disater. I recommend this product if you need a quick set low temp solder.

Pros : Sets up quick,making the finished results looking great. Heats at a lower temperature than 50/50 so used after the 50/50/ you get fewer melt throughs.
Cons : None that I have found.
Other Thoughts : When I solder a lamp, I use Canfield 50/50 first on the outside and use the Quick Set for the inside and finish on the outside of the lamp. Works great.
