Pros : Just Okay
Cons : The size is small. The long sides of the plate tend to fall down and aren't curved as the mold would indicate. I don't use this very often.

Pros : this mold has a nice shape, but I underestimated its size. The resulting glass dish (fused) is a nice size for a small row of cookies or candies - or I made one for a friend to keep on his dresser for his eyeglasses and keys.
Cons : small size might not result in a practical "tray"
