Dual hinged design offers unlimited access to your art. Lid flips up for loading tall projects, venting, or for manipulating the glass while inside the kiln, while the front loading option makes loading your kiln easy! Features surface mounted heating elements for maximum heat transfer and a 3" superwool lid to offer exceptionally fast heat-up.  Kiln stand, shelf, glass separator, and brush are all included.

Delphi EZ-Pro TAP Controller
The future is here! The latest controller in the EZ-Pro family takes running a kiln to a whole new level. Get started the easy way with the user-friendly touch screen that is capable of holding virtually unlimited programs.

TAP, by SDS Industries, is the first commercially available consumer kiln controller that utilizes an intuitive graphical user interface to enable the glass artist to immediately start programming and operating their kiln. Scott Shannon identified a significant disconnect between current technology and the consumer options available in the kiln control domain. The TAP Controller with its smart-phone like interface provides access to logging capabilities, unlimited number of schedule segments, on-the-fly schedule modifications, and even software updates.

17" x 17" x 6 firing chamber. 120v, 20 amp. All kilns phase 1. 2160 W and a maxiumum temperature of 1650° F.

This kiln is equipped with a solid state relay. Solid state relays have a much longer life span than traditional manual/mechanical relays. They are also much more energy efficient. Relying on a semiconductor instead of the electromechanical relays means no clicking sound when running.
