Pros
Prevents chipping of mirror or dichroic glass when grinding. Affordable.

Cons
Ultra fine bits are slow going. But you'll need them to prevent chipping.

Pros
This is the perfect bail if you want the pad on the back of the pendant (which I almost always do). Has enough surface area on the pad to hold fast. Beautiful as well!

Cons
A bit pricy compared to the thin, flimsy competition.

Other Thoughts
I keep both the silver and gold on hand. Until I discovered these I was drilling holes in my pendants. I don't care how good your adhesive is, a 2mm pad isn't going to hold.

I love this color(s). This dichro looks great behind or layered over every color cathedral or opaque I tried.

Cons
It goes too fast!

Other Thoughts
I always try to have some of this on hand. Try some over opaque pink glass ( metal side down). Stunning!
