Really great when firing glass at higher temperatures. Does not leave residue on glass

Can be use a couple of times for temperatures below 770c or 1400F

Nice size pieces, with a variety of colors and textured dichroic.

Cons
Although various colors there seems to be more copper/orange than others.

Other Thoughts
For cabochons - if arranged and fired correctly they look like opals in glass - really spectacular. Also be careful of your firing schedule as you can flatten the frit pieces and lose the effect.

Although the glue pad is large so is the top section of the bails making them too big to use for most pendants.

After fitting (adjusted a few times) it snapped within the first 10 secs of use - probably had a weak spot.

Other Thoughts
Very expensive lesson. Will stick to the standard blade.

Perfectly cut.

Cons
Thin glass used. I thought these would be ideal for the pre-cut dichroic ovals of same size but the result was anything but good. I had to cut my own shapes from thicker glass and re-fuse.

Other Thoughts
Should be made of thicker glass and slightly larger than the pre-cut dichroic ovals.
