Blue Speckled Horse

The Blue Speckled Horse is made from my original sketch and design.  I had a lot of fun creating this whimsical  piece.  The horse head base is brown glass layered with a butterscotch mane.  The entire piece is decorated with bits of blue frit in the mane and blue squares and liquid glass for dots.  The sparkling green eye is made from dichroic slide.  All the pieces are fused together in a high temperature kiln.  The horse stands at 10 1/2 inches.
