River Bed

12 inch bowl made with frits in reactive colors (bottom) to look like the bottom of a river and a piece of French vanilla (top) covered by  dense white powder glass that was combed to simulate the movement of the water. After the 2^nd fire, I used a ring saw to cut 2 pieces out and refused the piece adding reactive Ice and small pieces of silver foil to add transparency, interest and a touch of golden color.
