The piece returns to the kiln again to be slumped via the "drop-out" technique: glass is fired on an open support and organically falls to create its unique 3-dimensional shape. Prominent colors used: Marigold and Flame Red opaque, Orange and Ruby transparent. Height: 7-1/4" Width: 11.5" Depth: 11.5" Weight: 5 lbs., 15 oz. Rim is approx. 1/2" thick.
