 The stained glass window was created and dedicated to the O'Fallon Illinois Fire Department in memory of my cousin Kurt Rhines who was a volunteer member of the Fire Department and passed away from a heart attack at the age of 42.

@MrsJake Thank you. It was quite large, the diameter of the glass was 34 1/2" x 34 1/2". My cousin had started working with stained glass so a lot of the materials that were used in the window were from the supplies that he had accumulated the last years of his life.
