Steampunk Terrarium

Elegant but also very steam-punk or goth in nature, I was inspired to make this case when thinking of my children's Victorian house and how cute this would have been for a play "hot house". Also, I wanted to experiement with hand cut copperfoil to create a "budding vine" appearance. I made the glass sides in the Tiffany method; baroque textured glass with Moroccan tile-textured insets, and my unique black patina "Budding Vine" lead lines. Then inserted into a terrarium body I found on sale at my favorite hobby store.
