Redtailed Hawk

Glass-on-glass mosaic of red-tailed hawk. Hand cut glass adhered and grouted onto pane of vintage reclaimed window. All of my mosaic images are freeform without patterns. In this case I worked from a photograph for reference and roughly sketched the image onto the pane before I began laying in the glass.
