Lizard Lamp

I designed and made this lizard lamp because I grew up in the western desert and missed the desert animals. Besides, I love to bask on warm rocks, too! The four sides are mirror images of each other, sometimes the lizards are nose to nose, and sometimes tail to tail. Each lizard has stripes of different colors: one lizard has orange stripes, another purple, another blue and the last one brown striped. The full-length photo is of the lamp the way it is now, with a walnut base that my husband made especially for this lizard lamp. The skinnier base that you see in the other photos was of temporary usage.
