Years ago, my husband brought home a terra cotta egg from a salvage yard. Finally, in 2013, I sealed it well and started a mosaic inspired by folk art designs in MX. The front features a pair of fancy birds surrounded by flowers and a few insects. I put a tree of life on the back. It is currently on display in Downtown Auburn, WA as part of their outdoor sculpture gallery.
