Over the past year I have been battling cancer and often I have become neutropenic- had no white blood cells to fight off infection. At these times I was not allowed to be in nature, or even have live plants or flowers near me. There is nowhere I'd rather be than walking in the woods, especially if it's by the ocean. This 12" kilnformed bowl is one of a series that helped me surround myself with the things I love, while also staying safe. This piece is made of Bullseye glass and powered frit mixed with stringer medium.
