Turtle hatchling

This is adapted from a drawing. No commercial pattern used. It is 16 by 18".  I put cardboard cut around it for the photo to get the light to come through it. Imagine it without background and the turtle seems to come out of the piece and it's shell. I was fortunate in finding great glass for the turtle's shell, it's skin and the egg. Look closely and you will agree.The hole for the eye was drilled out with a diamond drill and enlarged to fit glass with a dark "spot" in it.
