Blue Stained Glass Hummingbird Sun Catcher Blue Tiffany Style Glass

Drawn from the outline of a photographed hummingbird, this Tiffany style stained glass blue hummingbird sun catcher is designed with three shades of blue stained glass. The glass hummingbird's beak is made from copper wire and soldered to match the rest of the sun catcher.

The blue hummingbird glass sun catcher is handmade using copper foil method ("Tiffany style"). It is soldered with 50/50 lead alloy and treated with black patina. A jump ring is securely soldered to the top of the hummingbird sun catcher for hanging. The sun catcher was then polished with carnauba wax for shine and to prolong oxidation.
