Lillian's Canna Lillies

This is a large 26 X 30" glass on glass mosaic done on an old window.  I wanted to see how a very detailed mosaic with small pieces of glass would look in a window.

I also tried to use beautiful pieces of ring mottled glass on some of the larger leaves, while using small pieces of glass towards the front of the picture.  I think the mosaic lookslike a beautiful oil painting!

I decided that I like the picture hanging against the wall better than in the window.  It looks completely different with light shining behind it, but also beautiful!
