Reverse Enamel Prickly Pear Cactus by Greta Schneider

This is done on clear sheet glass (COE90) in high fire enamel. Most of the art is done on the back in a combination of painting, scraping and painting......and of course, several firings.  This one is also painted on top, which gives the overall piece a feeling of depth.  We spent a lot of time in the desert and I love the look of the cactus.....and the desert colors.
