Description:
Aidans Moon started out with a piece of bristol board, a pencil and an eraser... I designed it from scratch and the piece went through many changes as it was being made. I use very few pattern pieces and prefer to design it as I go. My method is to construct a center focal piece then add items that compliment it as I build it. I pay a lot of attention to Textures, grains and complementary colors of the glass when deciding shapes and sizes of the pieces. This piece is 30" x 53". I often spend as much time deciding what to do next as I do working the glass. I hope eveyone enjoys my treasured piece.
Material used:
- Textrured glass in both irridesent and traditional done in the copper foil method. bevels and oak trim to accenbt the border
