Our Sophie

 A fused glass plate with a picture of our cat Sophie painted in high fire glass enamels and I also painted and scraped a decorative edge.  This technique requires several firings and a build up of enamel layers.  Sophie is on a separate sheet sawed out and tack fused onto the background which gives it more depth.
