Dark Blue Waters

Three red and light orange koi swim upwards through deepening densities of blue bubbles.  Black powdered glass sweeps across their bodies, adding dimensional shape.  Additional frits (chips) of varying sizes were added between the four kiln firings.  For the final texture, iridescent pieces form the water droplet accents in this fused glass artwork.  15 3/8” x 19 7/8” x ¼”
