"British Virgin Islands Sea Scapes"

I created these panels in October 2020 for my friends new kitchen in the BVI.  I was inspired by our every-day beauty of our islands, this one being Tortola, BVI.  There are 843 pieces of glass.  My friend did not have a view of the sea from her kitchen so I created one for her!  The islands are depicted with mango trees, irridescent hummingbirds and little yellow sugar tit birds.  The sea and the sky blend together to make a lovely "view" for her.  I put about 170 hours into the project and she loves her new kitchen scenery and so do I.  It was a really fun project for me during "Covid lockdown" here in the British Virgin Islands!
