Columbia City Hospital

This was a cool project. First of all I am 87% colorblind. I rely on my inner intuitive abilities to hear colors thru a vehicle called "SYNESTHESIA"  It is called the mixing of senses and in my case I see and hear color and see and hear sound. No matter how it appears to the person thinking about that, at the end of the day I still believe me!

 The whole scene is made up of 8 panels and no 2 are alike as far as height. The width was 5 foot and the overall height was 22 feet. The original idea came out of a book by Warden Publication for the top 2 panels only. I modified the picture tremendously and then added as I went. In fact I drew the project as I went and cut the glass only based on the panel finished above it. I know it  broke all the rules of logic. Most would have drawn the whole thing up first and then picked the colors for the whole project. So basically I broke all the rules of logic and that in the box idea that there was a way I was supposed to . And then add the idea that why and how would a person 87% colorblind even be doing this job so there ya have it now.

 Colorblind, drawing and cutting the glass as I went and seeing the overall project in my mind the whole time. When I finally finished the whole job nd stood back it just came alive all that I was feeling. Many of the hospital workers would tell me that at certain times it was like the panels woke up alive with colors and action

 I am so grateful for the abilities that God has given me. I do not see me as handicapped but choose to continue perhaps taking a different path.
