Midnight Blue Full Moon

This piece was my first glass fusing item done all by myself.  I used a Wissmach Fusible Black Glass Opal 10" Circle - 90 COE.   

The first firing i added 1"x 1" BLACK CHOPSTIX TEXTURE ON BLACK IRIDIZED BULLSEYE 3mm THICK GLASS 90 COE.  It came out of the kiln looking like something was missing. After, consulting several people I found the answer. 

The second firing, I added CBS Pink / Teal Dichroic Frit On Clear Glass - COE90. As I took it out of the kiln,  I knew I had a plate I was proud to show the world.
