Trestles

This piece started with the surf board, once completed I needed a place t display it hence the VW Van, the van was extremely difficult, lots of small pieces, this was my first attempt at waves... the sunset is from a picture a friend sent from Alaska... every piece was individually cut, by hand, and grinded, taped and soldered... it was a labor of love of memories Marine Corp base, Camp Pendleton CA, San Clemente Old Man's/Church's surf break.... ??
