Shadow Box Blue Birds

Framed birds with flowers on a branch. This panel is about 19" x 24", set into a wooden frame with dimmable led lighting behind the glass.  I used the lead came and solder method to assemble this piece. The 2 photos show the panel in the sunlight prior to adding the wood frame and backlighting. I cut and ground each piece of glass. This is my own modified design inspired by the birds I have seen in other pieces created by other artists.
