50th Anniversary Pears

I designed and made this as a 50th anniversary gift for my parents. The pears are equal size, but they are different, just as my folks are a good match but different. I stumbled into the infinity symbol and then embraced it. The last picture shows the work in progress on my light table and my original drawing underneath.

They were very happy to receive it. I knew it would hang over a kitchen island so the glass and soldering needed to look nice from both sides.
