A couple of years I took a stained glass class and ever since I've expanded my creativity and pushed the limits with each piece I create. I remembered the very first piece saw in the back room of a glass shop they were creating an Indian. The colors were striking and much bigger than this piece (23x20), but I had my mind set that one day I would make one for myself. Finally, that day has come!
I used mosiac tiles on his sleeves, and wired and glued feathers on top of the glass. If you looked at the back side of the piece, it is mirrored without the feathers.
I enjoyed creating this piece, as I do all the others I've done, but this one ranks high on my favorite list (so far).
I hope you enjoy looking at this as much as I enjoyed creating it!
