Dichroic Pole Carousel Horse

Description:

this panel is almost 6 foot from tip to tip across and that is why I made it as a square turned sideways to get the extra area to create the effect. I used Spectrum baroque in the background for movement. Lots of colors in the horse which seems like it was  an pld Judy Miller pattern. Woah that was a long time ago as I only do my own patter designs now. All part of the learning though. If you notice the pole real close you will realize it is dichroic glass. I used blue/gold Spectrum baroque I had coated with dichro from CBS.

Keep in mind I am 87% colorblind and I make up for it  in the fact that I use my abilities of  "Synesthesia" which is called the mixing of senses. Color is seen and heard and the same with sounds. So in a way when I color a panel I am making music. Purples make sweet sounds to me so I do a lot of purple mix panels.

.The panel was done in copper foil
