Save Our Oceans

Inspired by the latest Gulf disaster I decided to go with an ocean theme.

I used a solid brass frame for my pendant. Inside I inserted a caramel oxidized brass seahorse, oxidized brass starfish and authentic tiny sea shells. I used tweezers to adjust until I  had my design. Then I used the DG3 Glaze Art Gel to fuse all the pieces in place and give it a beautiful glaze. I did not tint the gel however to my surprise the brass gave it  a blue tint, so I decided to go with it.

Frame size is 16" x 1.2" 

It is on a brass ornate 20" chain with a pod toggle which I have also inserted authentic baby shells into.
