It's Hot

I was definately into cutting very smooth curves. Thus I have my flower plate series. This 11 plate is on a transparent orange  irridized base. The flowers are as bright as the plate, made with dichroic glass. The leaves and stems are adventurine. I finished the plate by dropping very course clear frit over the background. It gives the plate  an extra dimensional effect by lifting the irridized surface. This plate did not make it out of the house. It hangs in my kitchen.
