This paper is thicker than another brand that is available. You can use either side and there isn’t as much dust when trying to get it off the shelf or glass after firing.

I am just starting out with stained glass and bought this kit because I was having trouble breaking the glass. The pliers that came with this set breaks the score line so easily, I even made big pieces without messing them up, they broke right where I need them to. The nippers are also very useful for taking small bits off. I already had a few cutters but the one that came with my set was much better! And, of course, safety glasses are a must. All together, this set is just what I needed to really get started.
