I needed these in a hurry and they arrived promptly, in perfect condition. I use a lot of bevels for framing commemorative stained glass panels. I used these with a beveled heart cluster previously purchased from Delphi for a 60th anniversary panel.

Very clean cuts, They cut smaller, curved, sharp corners with ease! They work for both my lefty self and my right handed daughter. I could cut patterns for hours with out getting fatigued! Great quality item!

We were so frustrated with our other pattern shears leaving a rough edge and not being able to get into tight spots that when I saw these new shears I decided to try them and I am so glad I did! They are a must have for any person doing foiled glass!

works great with thin fire shelf paper so no need to kiln wash and then try to get it off the bottle
works on regular size and big wine bottles, nice deep swirls really adds a nice touch everyone is always excited when I show them the back of the bottle, works best with a clear bottle

this saw works very well and is much sturdier then one I bought previously easy to handle and stays sharp when cutting zinc came, works like a champ!

This product really helps to save your hands when grinding small pieces. I wouldn't grind them without this product. Love it! Holds even the smallest glass securely.

It is my first time to buy glass via the internet. I enjoy the smooth process although it tooks too many days from ordering to shipping.

The last few times I have ordered English Muffle glass they have come scratched along the bottom. It seems to scratch pretty easily if not handled very carefully.

But having said that, only one time did I have to get it replaced. Customer service has always come through and handled any problem that has ever come up. Kudos to them! A few other times when a sheet was scratched it was so low on the bottom of the glass that it did not interfere. So I love the Muffles but they need to be handled carefully.
