Pros : textured glue space. narrow shoulder slope so the bail back doesn't show above the pendant. Pretty, but not distracting from the piece.
Cons : I wish they had more designs.
Other Thoughts : ..but they're already a bit more expensive than many other brands, so perhaps focusing one universal quality item is the best way to go.

Pros : Like their silver plated sister, these are good quality. They are very small and not distracting to your smallest pendant. Give a good professional appearance.
Cons : Like any glue on bail, possibility of falling off.
Other Thoughts : Recommend using. Better value than gold filled.
