Sterling silver bails are bright and shiny! Use a small drop of epoxy or other glass adhesive to fix decorative glass to the bail. Measure 8 x 21mm (about 5/16" x 13/16"). 25 bails per pack.

Pros : These are pretty substantial bails for jewelry, they're very solid and able to hold up even if you have some one who fiddles with their necklace.
Cons : I get you want texture for glue adhesion, but the pattern with the registered trademark symbol is distracting when you have a clear or transparent base.
Other Thoughts : They do NOT look delicate or dainty if you're trying to minimize the distraction findings have on a finished piece, I personally find it hard to work designs around them unless the base is opaque
