Pros : small enough to be discrete, but large enough for a secure bond. I had two long thin pieces of glass I polished. The sides of the bail didn't stick out on the sides.
Cons : none that I can think of
Other Thoughts : more metal color options might be nice

Pros : I use these on most fused earrings. Well made product that lets earrings hang correctly.
Cons : Dealing with small components is always somewhat clumsy but there's no cure for that. I just set up a couple dozen at a time and glue away.
Other Thoughts : Larger packs of 48 or even a gross would be helpful.

Pros : These are my go to earring bails. Just the right size so they are not visible from the front. The angle of the loop allows the earring to hang correctly.
Cons : A little difficult to glue on because of their small size. I'm going to try the No Days Bail Bond to see if it's easier now that I've tried it with my pendant bails.
Other Thoughts : I wish they came in a larger package. 12 pair don't go very far.

Pros : Simple bails that don't take away from the design of the earrings. I use them for fused glass earrings.
Cons : Teeny - sometimes hard to hold once adhesive is on them. They can be tricky.
Other Thoughts : I've purchased these several times and would recommend to others.

Pros : The perfect size for all most earrings. If I worked with any smaller glass than this fits, then my own fingers can't handle the size. They are of good quality as their matching counter part pendant bails. Easier than drilling holes in glass.
Cons : As in all glue on bails, a possible risk of them separating from the glass earring (or other material).
Other Thoughts : Use these for all my flat cabachon earrings. Must use enough glue and the right glue to hold. Good quality product. Silver holds up, never chips, looks professional.

Pros : They are nice quality big enough to handle without being obtrusive. The angle of the loop actually makes the earring hang straight down. Perfect behind dark glass or opaques. These are easy to glue on glass if using the appropriate glue.
Cons : They are more expensive than the cheaper bails
Other Thoughts : Absolutely must for producing high quality earrings to give or sale
