Pros
I rated this a year or two ago and gave it five stars. Now for some reason it has really deteriorated. I can no longer provide pro comments. See description of cons below.

Cons
I teach classes at a community center. Generally a class runs seven weeks, three hours per week with a max of seven students. Three Superstar grinders are available for student use. The last two classes, I have needed to use six or nine bits, where in previous classes, one grinder bit per grinder was adequate. The bit has less grinder teeth (or whatever) and grinds down to flat metal very fast. I watch the water levels, and regularly adjust the bit up and down. I plan to discuss this matter with Delphi (they now produce the bit, I think.)

Pros
I am not sure if I like this product or not. It does allow for tracing of lines and ridges on glass. I have used the black and gold metallic and both have nice finish. Especially, the black isn't coal black but rather has a shiny look.

Other Thoughts
Be sure to shake well each time before using. Also, be sure to use the tips provided. For a while, I just cut the extended neck and then spread the paint. It doesn't lend itself to good control that way. If interested, give it a try, it is cheap enough to play with. It cures real well at slow tack fuse.

Pros
I have mixed views on this product. I don't really like it as it seems to leave the solder more "dirty" than I would like. It is somewhat weak, and takes quite a bit of flux to get the solder to flow well.

Cons
I detest gel fluxes. Given that I am not overly impressed, I have put in an order for a few different fluxes.

Other Thoughts
A good flux is seemingly hard to find. Accordingly, I will try to remember to do a writeup after using the other fluxes.

The standard by which good cutters are measured. It is no accident that this is the glass cutter of choice in every stained glass shop I have been in.
