Leaf Cycle - Decaying Leaf

I love the Northwoods Maple Mold, and wanted to show a different sort of beauty, that found within the very bones of Nature, the underlying structure which makes things function.  Decaying leaves are infinitely beautiful and unique, and so often overlooked for their showy counterparts, those Fall foliage examples of radiant color.  This was an experiment of sorts, to control frit depth and color to replicate the look and emotional feel of lacy, decaying leaves, whose beauty is in their fragility and transient nature.
