Belle’s Rose

This 9.5” Square piece is a delightful combination of light and dark.  Using a Bullseye glass in deep red with orange swirls for the rose gives the pedals a variegated look.  I also used anothe Bullseye glass for the leaves.  Uncut the green appears almost day-glow green, but in this piece the small pops of bright are perfect accents.  I also cut down the copper foil for the leaves and flower to create the smallest lines for a delicate feel.
