Horse portrait

My Horse is all done with COE 96 powders. In my opinion, glass powders are definitely the most suitable medium for depicting softness of animals' fur, sheen of hairs on a sunny day, light waves of horse's mane combed by a breeze. Sifting powders on top of each other also leads to perfect blending of colors without a disruptive hard edge of each layer allowing immense amount of realistic detail to be added. My Horse portrait is a tribute to the elegant creatures which accompanied humanity since dawn of time. Horse portrait is a free standing atrwork equipped by a shadow box style wooden frame, the picture is 6" wide and 7 1/2" high.
