this was an real interesting job. I installed these 2 peacocks on the wall way high up in a hotel owned by a man from India. Wow it was fun to do. There are dichroic glass jewels within the piece but when all said and done I did not get any more pictures so this is all I have
After I finished the stained glass part, then I framed the panels and then I cut mirror to mount within the frame so that it was one unit - heavy I might add and as always I had to install these by myself. I am a 1 man machine - he he
The owner told me that all his friends from India would marvel and stare at them. You definately were drawn into them when you entered the lobby and that is for sure!

Keep in mind I am 87% colorblind and I make up for it in the fact that I use my abilities of "Synesthesia" which is called the mixing of senses. Color is seen and heard and the same with sounds. So in a way when I color a panel I am making music. Purples make sweet sounds to me so I do a lot of purple mix panels.
There are jewels within this panel that I laminate in my shop. The panel was done in copper foil
