Pros : Very easy to use, cut to size. Large size gives you several projects use. With plastic coated pattern under the mesh its very easy to align mosaic pieces without getting a wiggly pattern.
Cons : Be sure to cut the mesh along a straight line on all sides if that is what your design requires.
Other Thoughts : This mess allows one to obtain a straight line for tile placement. Place pattern (drawn in heavy marker) under plastic wrap, then place mesh on top. Tape all to piece of cardboard. Use small amounts of glue on tiles during assembly. Once all tiles have been placed cover project with a second cardboard, flip over and carefully lift mesh and tiles off the plastic wrap, let inverted mosaic dry upside down until ready to grout.

Pros : Wow! This was my first time using the mesh, but I was so enthralled with all the uses for it I saw in the books I had to try it! I made an outdoor birdbath that wrapped around a pedestal base and the mesh made it so easy! I just did as the others and glued the pieces on the mesh and then was able to wrap it around the base easily! I can wait to start my next project!
