This tool makes it very easy to cut a perfect circle.

I had never used a ring saw before. I was a bit intimidated to try but the setup was so easy and the videos I watched made it look like something I could do so I dove right in. I cut out a 5" heart as my first project. I knew how to handle glass, not to rotate it, because of the warnings in the documentation and videos. It was still tempting to rotate the glass but I did pretty well and I ended up with a usable glass heart! I was very encouraged to keep using this saw for a number of shapes that are too hard to cut by hand. Thank you to Delphi for their FB live presentation of this saw!
