My hands are developing joint arthritis & Cutters Mate is really helpful.

The slide bar connections to the waffle grid pop out too easily, and sitting on a taller stool is neccessary to really see what you're cutting. I'm 5'10" .

There needs to b a more detailed book of directions to really make best use of this tool.
Pros
I've had several kilns & this one is the best for glass fusing. I fuse 90coe, window float glass, upcycled, & my stash of 1800s glass. This kiln is good for traditional enamel painted, new enamels, freeze & fuse, slumping, tack firing. I like the presets as well as my own programs. 10 years & still going strong.
Cons
My one issue is the round shelves don't utilize the space well. Octagonal shelves to fit the kiln shape would be much better.
