Glass is creamy white with amber swirls. Iridescence adds nice interest to the glass when not back lit.

Great book. I thought this book had a lot of detailed instructions, pictures and tips. Has a variety of projects and covers the different types of fusing technique and mold styles. I have a few other books, but this became my favorite just browsing through it. There are a variety of projects and I found myself thinking of new projects as I was reading. This book has firing schedules and a project template. I love this book.

Good size and easy to use. I used 4 coats of kiln wash and it just dropped out of the mold after firing.

Good size and really comes out looking like a peace sign.

I struggled to get it out without breaking the glass or the mold. May be my fault because the pictures on line looked weak to me so I used a lot of glass and frit. Mine is a sturdy peice.

This has got to be the best invention in the world. I bought this iron Jan 2012, earlier in the year I bought the Hakko 556-SE the cord was to short for my liking, this on is everything I ever wanted in an iron, light weight,small, easy to manage just a great little iron. heats up extremely quick.

This glass is much nicer than the photograph would imply. It has small seeds throughout and is a fairly transparent glass with a nice, natural rough texture. The color is darker/browner with much less yellow saturation than the photograph would imply.
