Product Reviews
Pros
No dripping, only draws when you are touching the surface. Can do very detailed work but you need to have a steady hand. Very fine line great for pendants. Perhaps the next size up would be better for larger projects.
Cons
Maybe a larger ink well or an add on piece would be good for larger work so you don't have to refill in the middle of something.
Other Thoughts
Wait a little bit for the ink to flow into the tip. Practice on paper or tile until the ink flows evenly. You can go over the lines when ink is dry if you need to deepen the color. I have used a glass paint that is a little thicker than water but not as thick as acrylic paint. If the paint drips of a paintbrush without flicking, chances are it will be fine to use in the pen. A steady hand is good to have but just dotting a design can work well if you are a bit shaky.
Pros
These hold up wonderfully to repeated firings -- I can't remember the last time I had to reapply kilnwash to them.
Cons
None.
Other Thoughts
I wish they came in a size scaled for 1.5L bottles. (The mold Delphi carries for 1.5L bottles is unfortunately not correctly sized for making vessels with raised sides.)
Pros
I did not have to grind one piece of this bevel cluster. I thought the lower beak looked a bit distorted but there was no wayy to change it and after it was in the piece it didn't look distorted at all! Loved it enough to buy a second one to put on consignment. I put it in a transom.
Cons
no cons whatsoever.

Pros
This was a life-saver when a 5" fused and slumped plate broke. We could no longer use it as a plate but the V-stand turned the plate into a art object. The artist's work can be appreciated now from a different viewpoint.
Cons
Not a true con - it is a thin holder so anything real thick (tile) won't work but it was excellent for a double thick fused and slumped plate.
Other Thoughts
When I bought the V-stands, I did not have this usage in mind but it turned out great. Wish I had bought more as more of our customers were looking for a way to display glass without having to hang it on a wall.
Pros
very easy to work with I use this for my stain glass window projects and am very satisfied with it
Cons
non
Other Thoughts
Pros
The glass is beautiful in person. It cuts and breaks well.
Cons
Since the surface is a bit wavy you just need to control your cutter a little more but it's no big deal.
Other Thoughts
I really love the glass and wish I would have got a bigger size than the small sheet. I would buy this again.
Pros
wasser is unlike any glass...specially this heavy gold. looks smooth but will have a beautiful crackle effect upon fusing.love it!!
Cons
careful...wasser fuses at very low temp. when combining with bullseye, wasser shrinks and sometimes distort image.
Other Thoughts
fuse a full sheet of wasser on top of a sheet of bullseye clear, full fuse. this helps with shrinkage, then go ahead and cut as usual.
Pros
I use approx. 150 to 200 lbs of this size per yr. In 10yrs, this is the best I've found.
Cons
I've found a few pc's in a 45lb bx. are weak in spots and break when stretched. Not a big problem
Other Thoughts
Don't understand why such a big jump in price in 24 mo's.
Pros
Love this product. I tried others but this one is definitely much better, more flexible and easier to use.
Cons
Can't think of any.
Other Thoughts
Pros
This larger size can be used for many different sizes of stand up designs. I've made cats, dogs, horses, fish, elephants, giraffes, butterflies, and I'm still working on more.
Cons
None that I can find.
Other Thoughts
Draw your templates by hand on a sheet of paper just like the mold and cut them out so you will have them for later use.
Pros
This was a very good consistency and flowed well using the glassline tips. I have used glassline for some time and overall am very pleased. It is great for fine detail.
Cons
The color for me turned out to be a pro as it is a nice shade of "baby blue", but it is definitely NOT turquoise. I would suggest looking at the PATINA color of glassline for turquoise.
Other Thoughts
You must shake this product very well before using. Always test before applying to your project as it can be watery when first coming out. Let lines dry to determine if there is cracking.
Pros
I was very happy with this glassline color. The consistency was perfect to work with the glassline tips. (some colors can be thick & gloppy)
Cons
It is a deep dark forest green. The picture on-line looks teal green, which is deceptive.
Other Thoughts
Use the glassline tips for fine detail. Let your glassline dry before firing as it may crack. You can "scratch" off any bleed lines after it dries. It is MUCH easier than trying to wipe it off when wet (if it is a small mistake).
Pros
The wide base on this makes it feel more stable than other frames. The simple design makes it perfect for a modern piece.
Cons
Price is a little high.
Other Thoughts
Due to the price I will be keeping this for myself instead of selling it with my glasswork. I do think that it will be a beautiful way to display pieces I am trying to sell though.
