Product Description

Colour de Verre Molds are the Simple Way to Cast Glass
Merge the age-old art of pate de verre glass casting with modern technology and contemporary design! Mold is perfect for creating jewelry, pieces to incorporate into larger projects or mosaic tiles. The open, hollow design promotes even heating and cooling. Molds can be filled with glass frit, powder, or sheet glass.
Reusable mold. Includes firing directions.
Mold Size: 5-1/2" square. 16 tiles, 3/4" each. Suggested fill weight 5 grams per tile.

Tip: This mold is also great to test firing frit mixtures. Glass frit can be mixed to create subtle shades. Use Colour de Verre's method to create glass versions of "paintchips." From these chips you can choose the perfect frit blend for a particular project.
