Pros : Good size, solid construction should last for many firings, nice design. It did make a beautiful plate which I re-slumped to a bowl.
Cons : Takes a lot of time to fill the voids precisely with colored frit. Once fired, the mold held on a bit to the glass even with MR97. The back of the plate had too severe an edge and deep relief in the design...almost sharp. I used a diamond pad to soften the edges.
Other Thoughts : I chose to use all frit instead of using a solid top sheet. It turned out really well.
