Pros : I like these for my cab earrings. The gold doesn't wear off easily. I have used for years and have no complaints about the gold wearing off. They are small enough to use for small earrings.
Cons : I don't feel there are any. Except of course with any glue on finding there is a possibility of it falling off.
Other Thoughts : I recommend using for cab earrings.
