Pros : Easy to use! Pre-mixed and seem to be just the right viscosity. Most colors came out shiny in my testing.

Cons : Did not see a true red, even the Crimson wasn't "red" -- more like a darkish pink even though I fired to 1450.

Other Thoughts : I don't think I'll buy more of these but I'll keep playing and testing and maybe I'll hit the right temp to make the red RED.
